Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

• Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

• All gift vouchers must be redeemed prior to the expiry date stated on the voucher.

• Gift vouchers are not valid for use on weekends during December.

• Bookings are essential and subject to availability.

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable. 

We are happy to honour expired gift vouchers for up to 6 months after their expiry date.

Please note that any vouchers redeemed after their expiry date will be subject to our current pricing and the difference between the original voucher value and the current experience price will need to be paid on the day of booking.

As these vouchers are being honoured beyond their expiry date, bookings can only be made on a Monday to Friday, subject to availability and are not valid for weekend bookings.
