Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

As of the 1 August 2026, The Ranch & Co gift vouchers are issued for a dollar value rather than a specific experience. This ensures the voucher value remains unchanged if our experience prices increase.

Gift vouchers purchased from 1 August 2026 are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Vouchers may be used towards any Highland cow experience or purchase from our on-site gift shop.

If the chosen experience or purchase costs more than the voucher value, the customer must pay the difference.

Gift vouchers issued before 1 August 2026 were originally valid for 1 year. We are happy to honour these vouchers for a further 2 years after their original expiry date.

When an older voucher is redeemed after it's original 1 year expiry date, our current experience pricing will apply. The customer must pay any difference between the original voucher value & the current experience price.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on weekends during December.

Bookings are essential & subject to availability.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable & cannot be exchanged for cash.
