Hi, I’m Kim, co-founder of The Ranch & Co, our little family-run business here in beautiful McLaren Vale.

The Ranch & Co grew from my love of animals, nature & being creative. I wanted to create a place where people could slow down, relax & enjoy something a little different. From spending time with our beautiful Highland cows & sharing good food, to getting creative at one of our candle-making parties.

I’ve loved being creative since I was young, so being able to share that passion with others is something I really enjoy. I love all the little details, whether it’s making candles, putting together grazing platters or creating special experiences for our guests.

While I’m often the face behind The Ranch & Co, it really is a family-run business. My partner Ricki keeps our property looking beautiful, bakes our fresh scones & helps with our Highland cow experiences. Our daughter Chanel also works alongside us & has lots of hands-on experience with our Highland cows.

We have two other daughters too & this is first & foremost our family home. We’ve always wanted to keep The Ranch & Co small, personal & family-run & that’s exactly how we intend to keep it.

We love welcoming people to our property & sharing our little piece of McLaren Vale with you.
